We will absolutely be coming here again, even if it means an hour and a half drive!!!

A must eat here!!!! My husband and I ate here we here while passing through to Castlegar and the food was amazing. We have a local place to have Doukhobor food but each place has a slightly different taste and is why we could easily see ourselves driving the hour and a half drive for a special meal together.

The borscht is hearty, the pyrahi is savory (cheese is my favourite!) And the nalensninki was to die for!!!!! I am salivating just thinking about it, lol.

Borscht was good. The decor simple and the building is historic bank. The server needs to be friendlier. Home made bread was delish. The perogies were decent. Fair prices.

Borcht was so tasty! And lots of delicious Russian food. Looking great after the renovation, too!

Borscht was amazing, one of the best i have had. But the other thing with meat and potato was just blah. I can't remember what it was called. Over attentive waitress was nice enough just at the table too much. But get the soup!
